Terms of use
The terms you accept by reading this site, written as short clauses rather than a wall of text.
joyagoo.mobi is an independent record. Links to Kakobuy carry a source tag so the click can be counted (marked joyagoo.mobi) — it does not change what we list. How links work.
1. Accuracy of third-party information — This site records figures published by third parties at a date stated beside them. We do not guarantee that any third-party page is current, complete or correct, and a recorded figure may be out of date the day after it is checked. Where a figure has not been re-checked it is marked Not verified.
2. Records are snapshots — Every weight band, size range, tier and transit day count is a reading taken inside a stated window, most commonly 2026-08-01 to 2026-09-30 for timing records. A snapshot describes that window and is not a forecast, a promise or a service level for any future parcel.
3. No professional advice — Nothing here is legal, tax, customs or financial advice. Declared value, duty treatment and insurance are commercial and legal decisions that depend on your own circumstances and on the rules in force when a parcel travels. Take advice from someone qualified if the sums are material to you.
4. Permitted use — You may read, print and quote this site for personal, educational or journalistic use. You may not resell the recorded tables, present them as your own dataset, or feed them into a service that charges for access without asking us first at corrections@joyagoo.mobi.
5. Intellectual property and citation — The text, the recorded tables and the calculator logic belong to this site. Quote up to a short extract with a visible credit and a link to the page you took it from. Longer reproduction, translation or bulk copying needs written permission, and the [method page](/method/) explains how each figure was produced.
6. Third-party links — Outbound links lead to Kakobuy at kabosheet.com and, in a few places, to other destinations. Those sites have their own terms of use and their own practices, which we do not control and cannot warrant. A link is a pointer to a source, not an endorsement of everything that source does.
7. No agency or endorsement — No agent named on this site is a client, a partner or an agent of joyagoo.mobi, and none of them has approved or reviewed any page here. A seller record describes what was recorded about listings and deliveries, and it is not a judgement about a company or its service.
8. No trading relationship — Nothing on this site is offered for purchase, and no contract of any kind is formed between you and us by reading a page or using a calculator. The tools produce estimates from the figures you enter, and the accuracy of an estimate depends on those figures.
9. Limitation of liability — To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site, including a shipping charge, a duty assessment or a delivery outcome that differs from a recorded range. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Indemnity — If you republish material from this site in a way that breaches clause 4 or clause 5, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of putting it right, including the cost of a takedown request where that becomes necessary. This clause applies to republishing, not to ordinary quotation with credit.
11. Governing law — These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you keep the statutory rights and the local forum that the law of your own part of the United Kingdom gives you.
12. Changes to these terms — A change takes effect when it is published here, and every change is listed on the [changelog](/changelog/) on the same day with the pages affected. The version in force is the one on this page, and a material change is never applied retroactively to a dispute about an earlier reading.
13. Severability — If a clause here is found to be unenforceable, that clause is treated as removed and the remaining clauses continue in force. The removal does not affect the enforceability of any other clause, and the rest of the document is read as though the removed clause had never been written.
