What this site collects, what it deliberately does not collect, and how to have anything corrected.
joyagoo.mobi is an independent record. Links to Kakobuy carry a source tag so the click can be counted (marked joyagoo.mobi) — it does not change what we list. How links work.
What we collect — anonymous aggregate visit counts only. These tell us that a page was opened, roughly how many times, and which country the visit came from at country level. No record is kept of which individual opened which page.
What we do not collect — no account, no password, no order reference, no address, no phone number, no payment detail and no uploaded file. There is no field anywhere on this site that would accept them, and no form that posts to a server.
How the calculators behave — every calculator runs as a plain function inside the page. Dimensions, weights and costs typed into the [chargeable weight gauge](/gauges/chargeable-weight/) or any other tool stay in the browser and are discarded when the page closes.
Cookies — a small number of first-party cookies support the visit counting described above. They carry no name, no email address and no identifier that could be traced back to a person, and they are not shared with an advertising network.
What a cookie does not do — it does not follow you to another site, it does not build a profile of your interests, and it does not link this visit to a later one in a way that identifies you. The site works fully with cookies refused; only the aggregate counting stops.
Hosting and server logs — the site is served as static files by our hosting provider, which keeps standard request logs for security and capacity. Those logs may include an IP address and a user agent for a short period, are held under that provider terms, and are not used by us to identify anyone.
Aggregate statistics — the only reporting we read is a count of page openings and a country breakdown. It cannot be filtered down to a single visitor, and we do not attempt to combine it with any other data source to make it more specific.
Messages to the corrections address — if you write to corrections@joyagoo.mobi, we see your address and whatever you include. The message is used to check the page you name, and it is kept only until that check is finished and the resulting change, if any, is published.
What we do with a correction — the page named in your message is re-checked against its source. If a figure moves, the change is published on the [changelog](/changelog/) with its date and the pages affected. Your details are not published, and you are named only if you ask to be.
Retention — aggregate counts are kept because they are the only record of whether the site works. Correction correspondence is deleted once the check is closed. Nothing else is retained, because nothing else is collected in the first place.
Third-party links — following a link to Kakobuy or to any other destination takes you to a site with its own privacy terms, its own cookies and its own retention rules. We do not control those terms and cannot answer for them; read them before you share anything there.
What we will never ask for — a password, a card number, a copy of your identification, or a payment of any kind. This site has no account to log into and nothing to pay for. A message that asks for any of those things while claiming to come from joyagoo.mobi is not from us.
Children — nothing here is aimed at children, there is no registration and no reader-submitted content, so there is no mechanism by which a child could send personal information to this site. If a child does write to the corrections address, the message is handled exactly like any other and deleted once the check closes.
Security of the site itself — the site is static, which removes most of the usual risk surface: there is no database to breach and no session to hijack. That is a deliberate design choice rather than an oversight, and it is also why the calculators were built to run locally.
Changes to this page — any change to what is collected, or to how long it is kept, is announced on the [changelog](/changelog/) on the day it takes effect. The current wording was last aligned with the ordering and disclosure changes recorded there on 2026-10-06.
