QC positions we watch on litbuy parcels

  1. Heel counter stiffness as a shape proxy, pressed with a thumb at the rear of the shoe rather than squeezed in the hand.
  2. Panel quilting on outerwear, where even baffle spacing matters more to how the piece wears than the fill figure printed on the label.
  3. Size tag inside the heel against the ordered EU size, with the insole measured flat from toe to heel.

Narrow by design: everything we hold for this agent sits in footwear or outerwear, so the useful questions here are weight and volume rather than style spread.

Both groups are volumetric by nature. One jacket plus one pair of shoes is usually the practical limit before a carton has to be repacked and reweighed.

Sole hardness shifts with storage temperature, so a pair held in an unheated warehouse for a fortnight can read stiffer on arrival than the same pair measured on the day it landed.

Ask for the carton dimensions before the parcel leaves the warehouse. The freight figure follows the box rather than the item, and a box swap at that stage is free.
